Hey everyone.
So I have been thinking of setting up this blog for a while now.
My current 'audience' is a handful of you guys here on my Facebook page that I set up a while ago.
Sorry I've been so lazy about that page. But in the last week it got 2 new followers so I decided to blog and link it to the Facebook page and to make a daily effort to log my journey here, hoping that it will make me accountable and maybe inspire you.
So this blog post will be an intro:
I'm Stacey. Turning 39 this year and struggling with my weight!
Obviously there is more to me than just the above statement and you'll get to know me more with time.
But the above statement is my main motivation for having started the page and now the blog.
I came up with the name "Losing It" for the page because I often feel like I am losing it...not so much weight but my mind! I suffer from bouts of depression and so I linked the two things to come up with the name.
So that's it for today.....I will pop back tomorrow.
P.S. I've not eaten well today, I've not exercised (it's 4:21pm and I've only done just over 3000 steps today).
Tomorrow is a new day!
